Als (Senior) HR Business Partner:in agierst du als strategische:r Sparringpartner:in für Führungskräfte und das Leadership Team in Österreich. Das Aufgabengebiet
- Du betreust eigenverantwortlich einen definierten Geschäftsbereich innerhalb der DACH Region und bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für die Führungskräfte in Österreich
- Als Trusted Advisor begleitest du Führungskräfte bei Veränderungsprozessen, Organisationsentwickungen und personellen Entscheidungen
- In sämtlichen personalwirtschaftlichen, arbeitsrechtlichen und kollektivvertraglichen Fragestellungen sowie Prozessen stehst du den Führungskräften deines Betreuungsbereichs beratend zur Seite
- Du stimmst dich eng mit unserem HR Operations-Team zu allen Themen rund um den Employee-Life-Cycle ab
- Durch das Mitwirken in lokalen sowie globalen Projekten bringst du Impulse ein und gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung unseres HR-Bereichs mit
Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein HR-relevantes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als HR Business Partner:in, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld (z. B. IT oder Tech), zeichnet dich aus
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsratsgremien mit, hattest erste Berührungspunkte mit Kollektivverträgen und hast HR-seitig Integrations- oder Transformationsprozesse begleitet
- Ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz sowie ein souveräner Austausch mit Führungskräften auf allen Ebenen zählen zu deinen Stärken
- Du verstehst dich als Sparringpartner:in für Führungskräfte und überzeugst durch ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz sowie souveränen Austausch auf allen Ebenen
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Diskretion, Verlässlichkeit sowie einer klaren, empathischen und lösungsorientierten Kommunikation
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) runden dein Profil ab
