- Führung, Entwicklung und Coaching des Digital Sales Teams
- Koordination, Planung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien
- Erreichen von Wachstums-, Umsatzzielen und Profitzielen
- Enge Abstimmung mit dem lokalen Management

Dein Profil:
- Vertriebserfahrung idealerweise im Bereich IT und Technik
- Erfahrung in der Führung eines B2B Vertriebs-Teams von Vorteil
- Motivierende Führungspersönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Coaching-Verständnis
- Hohes Maß an Vertriebs- und Kundenorientierung sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Hohe Umsetzungs- und Ergebnisorientierung (ROI)
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denken sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung entsprechender Maßnahmen
- Fähigkeit Feedback proaktiv und konstruktiv zu geben sowie erhaltenes Feedback als Chance zur Verbesserung zu sehen
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
