Experiential Technician - Region Central

Position Summary:

Execute the Experiential program across Region Central ensuring that Company objectives are met to support Premier Account base, and that TaylorMade adidas Golf is the #1 Brand Experience Company in Golf.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:

• Manage schedule to facilitate Premier Account Strategy
• Willingness to travel extensively in the Region
• Ensure T&E costs are kept within specified budgets
• Ensure all Premier Account base are serviced to the highest standards
• Maintain high standard of club fitting & product knowledge
• Complete Monthly dashboard and reporting as set by Experiential Manager

Education, Training, Professional Certification and Work Experience:

• Proven track record in the golf industry with significant golf related experience
• Preferably educated to degree standard (or equivalent)
• Preferably PGA trained or qualified
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

• Mastery of the English language and fluency in German
• Ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication skills and able to adapt in a fast changing environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Has a passion for the game of golf
• A team player with convincing social competencies

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials
• Regular travel required
• Regularly required to sit or stand, bend and reach.
