Your future responsibilities:

  • You develop and maintain the Group Transfer Pricing Policy, ensuring compliance with OECD guidelines and local tax requirements
  • As part of your role, you review and optimize existing transfer pricing methodologies and monitor relevant tax and legislative developments internationally
  • You are responsible for global transfer pricing documentation, while coordinating with external advisors
  • In addition, you manage intercompany transactions and agreements and support tax matters related to transfer pricing, intellectual property, product launches, and international expansions
  • Another key aspect of your role is supporting tax audits and tax authority inquiries, as well as contributing to M&A activities, restructurings, and ERP and automation projects
  • Acting as a key point of contact for management and internal departments, you collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders and deliver transfer pricing training across the organization

Your Qualifications:

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration or Law with a strong focus on taxation
  • Ideally, you have already completed the tax advisor qualification
  • You bring at least five years of professional experience in transfer pricing and have strong expertise in this field
  • You have experience working in an international environment, ideally within the healthcare sector or a Big Four firm
  • You have excellent written and spoken English skills, while German language skills are considered an advantage
  • On a personal level, you stand out with your confident manner, strong communication skills, and open personality
